F-ZERO GX: Max Acceleration on Chapter 2 is Frustrating HD

I just prefer to call this glitch for Hyper Retardation. It can sometimes occur if the engine is held active when traveling at high speed. (Around 4000 km/h+ when using the Blue Falcon at max acceleration). Once the glitch is triggered, it will decelerate the machine even after the engine is shut off. Note that this is not the same kind of slowdown that resets the speed to almost 0 km/h immediately.
