Exercises can help to tone your eyelids, making your eyes appear larger and more youthful. ------------------- Warm-up Step 1 Blink 20 times. Step 2 Close your eyes and open your eyes bigger. Do 10 times. Step 3 Massage the eyebrows starting from the head to the tail of the eyebrows 3 times. ------------------------------ Eyelid Muscles Exercises Step 1 Use two fingers to push the eyelid up and close your eyes 5 seconds and then release. Do this 5 times. Step 2 Use your index finger to push the top eyelid up. Thumb pressing under the lower eye. Close your eyes for 5 seconds. Do this 5 times. Step 3 Use both fingers to touch the outer corner of the eye. Blink 10 times. Step 4 Use your index finger to press the outer corner of the eye.
