DakhaBrakha - Carpathian rap (LIVE "I suoni delle Dolomiti") HD

[ENG] CAUTION video uploaded for information purposes only: we support the artists, we buy their records and we go to their concerts to shout "Bravi!". The song "Carpathian rap - Карпатський реп" is one of the funniest and most representative of the group; in essence it is the song of a girl looking for a husband, with a long series of pretenders, but none that goes well: if there were any need, a further testimony of strength and stubbornness, as well as the independent spirit of Ukrainian women. The text with English translation can be found here: https://lyricstranslate.com/it/%D0%BA%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%BF%D0%B0%D1%82%D1%81%D1%8C%D0%BA%D0%B8 % D0% B9-% D1% 80% D0% B5% D0% BF-carpathian-rap.html --- The DakhaBrakha-ДахаБраха is a Ukrainian quartet created within the contemporary art center "Dakh" -Kiev, designed by Vladyslav Troitskyi in the early 2000s. Info: http://dax.com.ua/en The DakhaBrakha define their music as "ethno-chaos", but it would be wrong to frame them in the ethnic group only. Initially five (Nina Garenetzka, Marko Halanevych, Olexandra Harbuzova, Irina Kovalenko and Olena Tsybulska) released the first album "Yahudky" in 2007, with "Na Mezhi" in 2009 (and the departure of Harbuzova), the group clear the directions on which to move. From then on, the tours are performed regularly throughout the world. "Light" of 2010 sees the use of the English language in some songs, but there is no lack of vocal experiments and collaborations such as that with the ensemble Port Mone leading to the publication of the joint album "Khmeleva Project" of 2012. You must wait for the 2016 for the new chapter "The road", more ethereal and environmental songs; in fact it is a heartfelt tribute to the tradition as it deals with the work of collecting, transcribing and reinterpreting traditional Ukrainian songs. In my opinion it is a theatrical sound ensemble, carried around the world with a punk attitude, which draws sap from the tradition (accordions / organelles + percussions + cello + other instruments with 4 voices, 3 feminine and 1 masculine) and with an awareness out of the ordinary. The festival lasts a couple of days: take advantage.
