This week, I went with some great friends to 한민시장 원조막창 to eat intestine BBQ. This is a very special place located in a busy market in Daejeon. The ambiance is perfect, with concrete floors, the smell of fresh cut meat, and lots of noisy soju shots being kicked back to liven the mood. Expect to hear glass breaking, people shouting, and everyone have a great time. And the intestine, which I figured to be challenging, is actually the tastiest of all the meats we had that night.
