Recipe to serve 4 people. INGREDIENTS REQUIRED (you can adjust according to taste) : (If you do eat egg then you can substitute the Paneer & use 4 eggs instead of the Paneer - to make Scrambled Egg Bhurji (Ande Ki Bhurji). 2 to 3 teaspoons of Clarified Butter (Ghee). 1 medium White Onion - finely sliced lengthways (Dungri). 1 medium chopped Tomato - (Tamata). 2 teaspoons of finely chopped Garlic (Lasan). 1 & 1/2 teaspoons of finely chopped Ginger (Adrak). 1/2 Red Pepper chopped (Capsicum). 1/2 Green Pepper chopped (Capsicum). 1/2 teaspoon of homemade Garam Masala (Garam Masala). 3/4 teaspoon of whole Cumin Seeds (Jeera). 3/4 teaspoon of whole Fennel Seeds (Wariari). Approximately 1 teaspoon (or to taste) of Salt (Namak). 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric (Urud / Haldi). 1 & 1/2 teaspoons of Chicken Tikka Masala (Garam Masala) - (we prefer Mangal or Badshah brands - but you can use any similar good quality brand). 1/2 Vegetable Stock Cube (Flavour Maker) dissolved in a little boiled water. Between 150 to 200 grams of grated Paneer. A handful of washed & freshly cut Green Coriander Leaves (Dhania). Serve it with Chapatti, Dosa or even on toast.
