I can vouch for the fact that being targeted by the government often includes enrollment in unethical non-consensual experimentation involving state of the art tracking systems as well as anti-personnel weaponry. This is my analysis of yet another rather strange set of events taking place around me, which I think were conducted in order to adapt the methods they are using and expedite the process of systematically breaking me down without leaving a trace of their treasonous crimes.
