Building Metal Widebody Fenders Custom HD

We got together with Machinist and Fabricator Jason Bos (JB Machining and Fabrication) so he could walk us through his process of the wide body build on his Mark 4 Golf 1.8T. This process demonstrates how he built the fender using a flat piece of sheet metal and turning it into wide-body over-fenders that match the contour of his original body lines. The process includes Tracing, Cutting, Roughing, Hammering, Wheeling (With the English Wheel), Buck useage, Beadrolling, Shrinking/stretching, and Tipping for a Wire Edge.
