JUDGE Wm D STEWART vs Atty FINLEY in COLLINS MORT. CASE

On Second thought, a weekly Tv show produced, copyrighted, since May 2000 in Santa Maria, Caught a ANGRY JUDGE trying to adulterate his own finding and JUDGEMENT of last Nov. 10th, 2016, in the Case of David Collins, EC062680, in such a way as to obscure the fact that the MORTgage NOTE which was VOID ab ignitio, would not clearly be set asside, so the litigation could drag on in a NEW case starting from scratch, and wasting 10s of 1000s of David Collins expense spent to get to the correct conclusion that Judge William D. Collins had reached under the detailed examination via a Forensic Examiner, Marie McDonnell, last Nov. 10th. OST & Take Back America - exposing the massive corruption in government and a failed judicial system, which violates the Constitution. Why would Judge Stewart let an atty. with NO STANDING, Jonathan FINK, make an appearance by phone to direct the judge on how exactly to strike 2 paragraphs from his prior , Nov. 10th directed finding & issue a Judgement not in conformance with his own finding. Was a threat, or bribe made? Most of the 15 - 20 "watchers" believe something illegal happened between the Defendants atty.s & Judge Stewart. Nothing else makes any sense. Watch Mr. David Collins atty, Michael D. Finley praise the judge that just insulted the Peoples Court in Dept. A, of Burbank Superior Court. This case if further proof that the BAR association should be disbanded and its principle members put under trial for HIGH TREASON. And the appropriate punishment for constant and consistant Treason administered by "WE THE PEOPLE". I william J. Wagener, personally witnessed Judge Stewart unprofessional behavior.
