Dear viewers, welcome to yet another small house design from 3Dbricks family. We have done the complete structural and interiors of this house in a minimalist design and in a cost effective way.We tried to understand their requirements in the planning stage itself; helped us to fulfil their each wish to become reality. Choosing a right house plan is very important as are things like aesthetics, light, space and flow. This is now a 990 sqft house with 2 bedrooms attached, formal living, family living extended with dining, modular kitchen etc. #Formal Living : A medium living room- used the color medium of Royal blue and off white- Fabric cushioned sofa sets- Single wall decorated with large size motif of dandelion- Single sheer white curtains used for windows- Multi wood wall mounted curio shelves and niches in wall- Rectangular glass mounted coffee table with sufficient storage spaces. # Pooja Room : Highlight of formal living is the pooja room. A Wall mounted pooja unit- A floral carving structure placed back to this pooja space. #Family living and Dining: Quality fine fabrics multi coloured cushioned sofa for seatings- fabric type long rug used for floor. Selected vitrified tiles for flooring- Small space dining for a nuclear family. Multi wood structure – glass toped rectangular dining table with fine fabric chairs- A unit of separate wash counter placed back to this dining space. Minimalist wall cladding designs highlights this wash unit . #Curtains Designs: Variety curtain designs used for this project. Sheer, Plain, Pure cotton materials decorating each windows of this house. #Master Bedroom : Combination of violet and lavender makes the room warmth and beautiful- A bay window arranged for more comfortable seatings- King size bed allocated with cushioned head rest. Side tables set aside to the bed. Study unit fixed with lots of storage spaces.3 door wardrobe placed for more utility spaces but in the limited space. #Guest Bedroom : Both rooms have king size bed, kept bed storage facility. Even here also fixed 3 door wardrobe , put ventilator facility to dirty clothes-. Seen over head storage units here. Modular Kitchen :White and blue finish in walls and cabinets. Venetian blinds look great with the kitchen accessories. Occupied with all modular accessories to this kitchen. Placed a multi wood structure centre table here.
