Zero Turn Bicycle 2 - High Performance Front and Rear Steered Bicycle HD
The mid-frame pivot is a multi-axis transmission that turns the rear wheel in the opposite direction that the front frame is leaned. Push the handlebars slightly left and the rear wheel turns slightly right. This drops you faster into turns among many other things that make for superior control. The action and feeling through the turn is like no other bike. How much you push the frame left or right is determined by how much forward lean you feel on your body. Try making sharp turns on your bike and you feel that forward lean - your weight goes to the front wheel. Turn sharper and sharper until the front wheel slides out or you go over the handlebars. Go faster and the same thing happens with less sharp turns. The zero turn bike puts your weight evenly on to both wheels through the turn no matter how sharp you turn. Notice that the crankset rotates away from the road in deep angle turns. Any other bike and you’re sticking the pedal into the road. With this bike you never have to wait until you straighten out to pedal. -Better cornering traction. -Faster cornering. -Tighter cornering. -Guaranteed to be more agile at slow or fast speeds than a typical bike. -Guaranteed superior performance to a typical bike. -Independent Front and Rear wheel steering -Front and rear wheels follow the same path in a turn and evenly distribute cornering forces allowing faster and tighter cornering. -Because of the mid-frame steer pivot, the crankset is rotated away from the ground while the bike is leaning through a turn. The result is no pedal to ground strike. This allows continued pedaling, providing acceleration through the leaning turn like a motorcycle. -The superior steering control works great on snow and ice.
