Dibea Aurora robot vacuum auto home test with cardboard - kluge HD

This is a video of my new robotic vacuum. It is supposed to go onto the charging base but does not on carpet. Dibea support said try putting cardboard under the charger. Although not a real solution, it does work most of the time (but not all of the time). I can not trust it to work all of the time. boo! It is sad support suggests this as a solution to this obvious problem.
