Apple released iOS 10 Beta 3 to developers July 18th 2016, and public beta 2 on July 20th. iOS 10 Beta 3 comes with more stability although it has been pretty stable so far, it also comes with a handful of new features and functions. All devices has been fully restored, and loaded with the same backup. The 4S devices are 32GB versions, the 5 and 5S devices are 16GB versions and the iPhone 6/6S are 64GB versions. Conclusion : Another smooth release of iOS 10. This beta seems work very smooth. Notice the fast and more smooth way apps are closing, compared to iOS 9.3.2. Over all feeling is good. There are some lag noticeable on the iPhone 5, but it runs almost up to par on the 5s, 6 and 6S.
