As pr. December 17th there were still 21% of iOS users on iOS 8. Why are so many people still not upgrading to iOS 9? Could be because there is no jailbreak, but I know many are holding off on iOS 9 due to performance issues. But how bad is the performance of the latest iOS 9.2.1 beta version? Will iOS 9.2.1 solve some of these performance issues? The first beta of iOS 9.2.1 saw some speed improvements on that vs iOS 9.2. But how does 9.2.1 beta 2 measure up against iOS 8.4.1?
