Apple released iOS 10.2.1 Beta 4 January 12th just 3 days after the release of Beta 3. Both developer and Public Beta 4 has been released. So look like a sprint to the finish line. Beta 4 was released late in the day, normally it is released around 10AM PST but Beta 4 was released around 1.30PM PST. Not often that happens.
