Preheat oven to 170 degrees celcius or 350F. Melt some butter and grease your donut pans. 2. Add sugars, egg, butter, and vanilla to a bowl and beat on medium-high speed to cream ingredients until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes. 3. Add the milk. Beat no more than a minute, until just combined. 4. Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix on low speed until just incorporated. Be careful not to overmix. 5. Place a snaplock back in a mug with the edges folded outwards. 6. Spoon your batter in, seal the bag and cut a 1-2cm hole on one bottom corner. 7. Pipe in a circular motion in the donut holes-about ¾ full- they will rise quite a lot. 8. Bake for 9 minutes, or until just firm to touch. They should spring back up when you gentle touch the top. Use a toothpick to stick in the donut if you are unsure, it should come out batter free. 9. Whilst baking, melt your butter for 40-50 seconds or until completely melted. 10. In a separate bowl, mix your extra cinnamon and sugar together for the coating. 11. Take your Donuts out and run a butter knife gently around the edge of the donut and pop them out by gently twisting the pan. 12. Using a pastry brush, coat each donut in melted butter, then in cinnamon-sugar, and repeat until all donuts have been coated. 13. Enjoy them with the people you love! Extra tips- You can find a simple chocolate ganache recipe on my website to ice them. They also reheat in the microwave well, at only about 20 seconds each. Donuts should always be eaten hot! w e b s i t e : http://www.theLcollective.com t w i t t e r : http://www.twitter.com/lizzyhodgins f a c e b o o k : http://www.facebook.com/lizzyhodgins i n s t a g r a m : http://www.instagram.com/lizzyhodgins
