World War 2 in East Africa: Every Day HD

15.07.2014
The East African Campaign was a series of battles fought in Horn of Africa during World War II by Allied (predominantly British Commonwealth) forces against Axis forces, primarily from Italy, between June 1940 and November 1941. Fighting began with the Italian bombing of the Southern Rhodesian air base at Wajir in Kenya, and continued, pushing the Italian forces through Somaliland, Eritrea, and Ethiopia until the Italian surrender after the Battle of Gondar in November 1941. Music: Second Coming by Kevin MacLeod.
