iPad Pro 2 12.9 inch Unboxing and Review Welcome to Stayf Draws, in this video I will do an Unboxing and Review of the iPad Pro 12.9 inch 2017 and I will compare it to the iPad Pro 12.9 inch 2015. What is in the box?12.9 inch iPad Pro Gold 512GB 2017 Lightning to USB Cable, but this one is unfortunately smaller than the cable that comes with the iPad Pro 2015 And a USB Power Adapter This iPad Pro costs € 1.229,00 or $ 1,099.00 Buy this iPad Pro on Amazon: Amazon USA: http://amzn.to/2uZIRNA Amazon UK: http://amzn.to/2vwoj0N Disclaimer: Links of products in the description are affiliate links that let you help support the channel at no extra cost. This review is more catered towards artists who want to draw and paint on the iPad Pro with the Apple Pencil. The iPad Pro 2017 has some cool new features. An A10x Fusion Chipset, that increases the performance by 40%. A wider Color Gamut called P3, which enables richer reds and green colours , a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a latency of 20 ms. To test this out I am going to do the test on the iPad Pro 12.9 inch from 2017 and the iPad Pro 12.9 from 2015. True Tone Display The iPad Pro 2017 now has a True Tone Display. When you go to the settings of your iPad you can toggle it on. The True Tone Display adapts to the color gamut of your display to your surroundings. So if you work in the day with daylight, the display will be more blue. When you work at night, the display will turn more yellow. I just tested this out with changing the settings of my lights. It is not the same as Nightshift or the Adjust Brightness feature that has been available on iOs for some time now. I am not quite sure if I want to use this feature, but fortunately you can Toggle it off. 600 Nits The brightness of the new iPad Pro 2017 is 600 Nits. Apple promises that the screen is brighter than the old iPad Pro. But to be quiet honest the iPad Pro 2015 seems brighter to me. Maybe there will be a change with iOS 11 installed. I am a bit disappointed actually. The iPad Pro 2017 is not fully operational yet. In the fall of 2017 Apple will release iOS 11. An update that will increase the use of the Apple Pencil in a lot of apps and will make your iPad Pro feel more like a desktop device. Alongside iOs 11 Procreate will have the biggest update.
