GOP Rep Defends Tuition Hike: "Welcome to Life!" HD

Arizona GOP state representative Michelle Ugenti (R-Scottsdale) defended a recent tuition increase bill by telling students "Welcome to life." Students and others have attacked the bill, which would require students to pay at least $2,000 each year, even if they have scholarships which would cover it. What do you think?
