If you live in warmer climates, it’s very possible that you can 2-step wash fleets with cold water pressure washers. You will typically use between 1-2 gallons of TOTAL soap to wash a tractor and 53’ trailer and you will be able to wash a tractor/53’ trailer combo in 12-20 minutes on average! Compared to brushing, the 2-step touchless method will save you anywhere from 50-75% of your labor expense, allowing you wash more accounts and make more money. 2-Step Process Is Simple You will apply the soap through your pressure washer utilizing either downstream or upstream injection. You will begin by spraying on the #1 presoak from bottom to top in an overlapping motion, allowing the #1 presoak to dwell between 30-45 seconds. Then you will apply the #2 soap right over top of the 1st step in the same fashion, from bottom to top in an overlapping motion. Finally you will rinse from top to bottom.
