This is to help players that are wanting to edit their trailer weight while in the ets2mp mod instead of relying on a mod to do it rely on yourself to edit it to what ever and whenever you want! 1.download scsc decryptor http://forum.scssoft.com/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=164103 direct link http://forum.scssoft.com/download/file.php?id=4160&sid=eddc5b5b8b16b9804bf7ac1ad688c96a 2.make a folder to place it in (preferably in documents) 3.extract the scsc file once it is in the folder 4.next is to get your ets2 save ready 5.to make the game save ready you will need to go to config.cfg located in documents/ euro truck simulator 2 6.open config.cfg with notepad or notepad++ and search for saveformat 7.when you find saveformat it should be changed to 2 8.save config.cfg and close notepad 9.now launch ets2 in singleplayer and load your profile 10.when you load the profile and see DRIVE and QUIT in the lower edges of the screen choose QUIT 11.now you save game is ready for opening. 12.go back into ets2 whether its single player or into Multiplayer and choose a job and attach to it. 13.now you can make a quicksave (quicksave does not have a default key bind make one) 14.once you make a quicksave go to documents/euro truck simulator 2/ profiles/ [what your profile is]/ saves/ quicksave 15.copy game.sii and take the copy and paste it where you opened the scsc deecryptor file 16.drag and drop the game.sii over scsc also has windows batch file showing off to the right (it is the only one that will highlight when dragged over) 17.a command window willl apear alllow it to close itself 18.open game.sii after the command window is gone and search for mass (only applies if you HAVE a trailer ATTACHED) to change the weight of a trailer/ mass/ tons lets say the trailer is 12 tons it is = to 12000 so 1 ton= 1000 mass so I want to make the trailer 150 tons so i change the mass to 150000 and save the game.sii now i copy the save and place it over my quicksave located in documents/euro truck simulator 2/ profiles/ [what your profile is]/ saves/ quicksave 19.And go back to euro truck simulator 2 and load the quicksave that you edited and when you load in YES the truck will be shaking but as long as the trailer is not bouncing you will be okay. Conclusion notes/tips Does: have 730 or above Horsepower and a mid-lift chassis keep going on hills try to guage what gear you might need, give more room because youll neeed more stopping distance, make your playertag say how many tons your hauling and add CAUTION to the end. And you can change tyhe trailers license plate. it is located somewhere above the mass in the game.sii DO NOTS!: DO NOT stop on hill or you will have to roll back down the hill and try again.
