Eel Fishing w/ Hand Line - Delaware River Philly HD

We were using chicken livers for catfish this evening. They were biting all night. As the tide rose we kept washing the livers off our hands after we baited our hooks. Then one of these things came out of nowhere and started sucking on my finger. Next thing I knew there was over a dozen of them swimming around us between the rocks. Tell me what you think.
