UWC Belgium short course: Building and crossing bridges 2017 (long version) HD

A United World College summer Short Course is a non-formal educational experience where participants aged 15 to 19 from different countries and cultures, who probably wouldn’t meet in other circumstances, are brought together with four different objectives: 1) To raise self-awareness by experiencing questions such as identity and culture; 2) To build bridges across different cultures and create a healthy and inclusive community; 3) To gain a deeper understanding of some of the most topical issues facing us today, such as migration, racism, conflict resolution and sustainable development; 4) To develop skills to help improve in the local community.
