Emily and Fabio interview UX mentor Jessica Zhang. Jessica is a UX researcher & designer as well as design educator with extensive experience in the tech industry and higher ed. She helps product teams adopt Design Thinking and implement lean UX research & design processes. She enjoys developing and facilitating UX activation and education for newcomers at IBM Design. She is passionate about growing the UX community in NYC and meeting UXers via speaking engagements and events.
