Летняя школа по Устойчивой Мобильности в Алматы/ Summer school on Sustainable Urban Mobility HD

The international summer school on sustainable urban mobility was organized by the UNDP-GEF “City of Almaty Sustainable Transport” from the 8th to the 12th of August 2017 in Almaty Kazakhstan. The organization of the summer school was supported by the Narxoz University. The main goals were to share experience about transport and territory planning, to set up international and interregional relationships in the field of transport planning and to develop the concept of development and projecting of several concrete objects/districts in Almaty and Astana cities. The participants of the summer school were given the opportunity to make their proper contribution to the modernization of the problematic areas of the biggest Kazakh cities under the sensitive guidance of the experts in this field.
