It was a back and forth battle throughout, and both teams traded runs in the 5th, with Giancarlo Stanton hitting a sac-fly to score Brett Gardner, and Dee Gordon hitting a single to left to score Ben Gamel. The Yankees were able to pull away late in this one, on an Austin Romine homer off of Nick Vincent in the 7th, and a Gleyber Torres sac-fly in the 9th off of Ryan Cook to score Tyler Wade.
