2017-08-08 Had my iPhone on slow my video mode videoing a ride at the fair when I noticed the missile like object a day later I was at the Wisconsin state fair and decided to video in slo mo mode a bungee ride. I did not notice or see or hear anything, but the next day when I watched my video, the missile like object is clearly seen flying at a high speed. It looks like a black missile that shoots out of the horizon at a very high speed. At the 12 second mark watch from left to right a black object fly at a straight line above the people in the bungee.
