Template Letter To Senator: NO to HR 1599 and Yes to Bill 511 to have mandatory GMO Labeling Dear _ I am looking to see if we could meet and have further conversation and close the gap between the harm that mothers see chemical farming and GMOs are inflicting on our children from toxic chemicals and the benefits Senator _ might see they are giving to society. I think there is valuable conversation that could be had that would benefit our future generations. To start I would like to send you some information that you may or may not be aware of so you can see what we moms are learning from scientific studies, papers and reports. Our primary concern, besides the fact that GMOs are a DNA mutagen, is that most GMOs are genetically engineered to be repeatedly sprayed with chemicals which have been deemed as probable carcinogens by the WHO, cause breast cancer cell growth and cause cancer in mammals, and we see no reason at all to allow anything related to cancer on our food. Two f the chemicals are: 2,4-D which has been linked to numerous forms of deformities, cancer, life long illness and death. and Glyphosate which is a known antibiotic, endocrine disruptor, chelator and genotoxin at parts per billion and trillion. Glyphosate has been connected to autism, non hodgkins lymphoma, allergies, diabetes, infertility and birth defects, neuron and placental cell death, Parkinsons, and cancer. 1 out of 2 of our children are now struggling with a chronic illness in America.
