PC NHL-09 1080P with 2017 MOD+ Widescreen Fix + Reshade HD

I managed to hack the exe to change the resolution and field of view for 16x9 resolution. I also created a reshade preset to give the game a more modern look. To see the difference, I did a quick enable disable at around the 2:15 mark.
