How to Get the Rocket Boots! - Terraria! HD

You CANNOT craft the Rocket Boots! They are dropped 1/3 of the time by the Goblin Army during the Goblin Invasion event. The Goblin Invasion is a rare event that occurs randomly once you have more than 200 HP. However, you can summon the Goblin Invasion using a Goblin Battle Standard, crafted at a loom (which itself is crafted at a sawmill) from 10 tattered cloths and some wood. Tattered cloths are dropped by Goblin Scouts, who occasionally spawn in grassy areas near the edge of the map. Artificial Jungle biomes, battle potions, and water candles can be used to increase the spawn rate and thus accelerate the process. Once you get enough tattered cloths, craft a Goblin Battle Standard, and summon the Goblin Invasion, it is simply a matter of luck as to wether they will drop rocket boots, a harpoon, or nothing rare at all.
