Many roads were blocked by tree branches, and even entire trees. The warning for the town was first issued 2:48 p.m. A tornado warning was later issued at 3:02 p.m. for the town. The warning later called for wind gusts of 70mph possible. A few cars had large tree limbs falling on top of them and power lines were ripped down. Much of the town, if not the entire community, was without power following the storm. SOT: "Got really black all of a sudden and then the wind picked up and then the rain and the hail and the wind it just kind of buckled the trees and that type stuff. It was it was pretty scary, I went to the basement then all of a sudden I heard a pop and I come upstairs to look and here I have a power line down next to my house. Seeing some trees down and stuff. So yeah it was pretty scary." LINDA SOLAND EMBARGO: KWWL, KCRG
