There are plenty of options for getting an Arch Linux based system with Gnome. Try EndeavourOS, ArcoLinux, Garuda, Manjaro, ALG, RebornOS, etc. I am done with Gnome. I do an Arch Linux install using one of my ezarch install scripts. The five remaining desktop choices are Cinnamon, KDE Plasma, LXQt, Mate, and Xfce.
