Loy Krathong Chiang Mai (at Mae Jo) - Amazing thousands of Sky Balloons released simultaneously.

Loy Krathong Festival is held in Thailand every year in November, based on the full moon of the 12th lunar month. At the meditation center of Mae Jo University (Chiang Mai- San Sai District) thousands of sky balloons (Yi Peng) were released at the same time (held in 2010 on November 20th) and the result was this spectacular video. This Festival at Mae Jo (San Sai) is called Yee Peng. The ceremony started at 6pm (you have to be there before 4.30pm due heavy traffic jam) and the balloons were released at 8.30pm. So just enjoy this video and feel the special atmosphere.
