Citroen Xsara Central Locking Problem HD

Im having a problem with the Xsaras Central locking, this video is uploaded mainly to discuss the issue on the forum, but if you know whats wrong and how to solve it please mention in the comments. The problems are as follows. Initially when i bought the car, some clown had bodged about with the door loom wires, i have fixed the looms now and got both electric windows working, there was also a problem with the passenger door erratically showing up as being opened on the MFD (the display on the dash), it was a problem with the door latch, which went away when i changed the latch. I put a new battery in the key and tried the central locking, the signal is getting to the car ok because the lights flash, and the boot release button works ok. But when i press the lock button on the remote the car tries to lock the doors, then suddenly unlocks, as shown in the video, but if i insert the key into the door and manually lock it then the central locking works and locks all the doors, if im sitting in the drivers seat and press the lock button then all the doors lock ok, and unlock, and the remote button unlocks the doors ok. Its just locking the door that doesnt work remotely. I have tried disconnecting each door loom individually to see if it makes any difference, first tying this by disconnecting just one door at a time, and then by trying it with only one door connected at a time, but the problem remains regardless of what doors are connected. Any help with the issue would be appreciated.
