My kids like alot youre song,they dance every time when come youre song in tv. Every day i ride my stallion 30-60 minuts ,today we have play one houre.Out side is alot of could and the ground are verry slippery and dangerous for all two. You heard my respiration..mean ...i do some fittnes exercises ride horse...I perspiration for sure 2 kg in one houre ! Every time my t-shirt are full of water..perspiration...
