steps to reproduce the bug: 1- open google-chrome 2- go to google.com 3- zoom google to 300% 4- search some 5- open any result in a new tab with ctrl + click 6- go to the new page with the result and zoom to 300% 7- close the google tab 8- open a new tab and go to google.com 9- zoom out the google.com tab 10- try zoom out the result tab page
