My Ex girlfriend steals my dog and kills him just to hurt me

On August 1st 2015 . My ex girlfriend came on my property and stole one of my dogs . As she took off like a crazy lady . I got in my car to follow her . She drove past the speed limit . We ended off at the vet . She wanted to kill my dog . So i took out my cell phone and started to film. 5 min later she called the Sûreté du Québec. 20 min later they arrived . During the time , I had a 6 pack of beer in my trunk . and i drank 3 . ( I did not care i was going to leave my car and go on foot home , and pick my car up later.) The police told me to stop filming and i refused . So the started on my case . They told me to blow in their machine . I said WHY ?My car is parked down there and my keys are in my pocket . They said they would arrest me if i did not blow . I said i want to talk to a lawyer . They refused . so i blew . They threw me into the police car (They did not read me my rights ) The lied on their statements . They say they stopped my while i was driving . They say i was so drunk that i did not pull my parking brake and my car rolled out into the street. I have the video that proves they are lying. My car is parked in the parking for the past 20 min . I wanted to go in my car and roll the windows up ( But they are power windows , that means i would have to put my keys in the switch . So i did not do it ) The police wanted to show me they had power They arrest me for driving drunk , When they never even saw me drink or drive. They impounded my car for 30 days and gave me a vehicle inspection ( That i had 48 hours to do ) But my car is locked up for 30 days . So i got a 300$ fine for not going for my inspection . I scrapped the car . I did not have the money to get it out . Lies after lies got me 1- License taken away for three years 2- I lost my 3000$ car 3- Judge gave me 2500$ fine 4- SAAQ gave me 350$ fine for not getting my car out from the impound 5- Quebec gave me 300$ fine for not going to inspection 6- My best friend that i raised is dead . (The police tells me to take her to small claims court ) My dog is dead 7- I have to meet a doctor to see if i am a danger to do that again (Drinking and driving ) 300$ ---I did not drink and drive.... I drove parked my car and then drank a couple of beers . With no intentions of taking my car When i got to the police station .They looked me up and were all surprised i had no criminal record .
