Donna Lynne Champlin ("Crazy Ex-Girlfriend") sings "The Air Is Free," music and lyrics by Robert Lindsey Nassif, directed by Harold Prince, in "The Flight of the Lawnchair Man," the third part of the 2001 musical trilogy "3hree." Developed by Prince, the show premiered at Prince Music Theater in Philadelphia, then transferred to the Ahmanson in Los Angeles. "3hree" got a cast recording but did not go on to Broadway.
