So, why not be silly with some out of nowhere, random playthrough of an arcade fighting game! Yay. I played this game a lot as a kid back in the days. Samurai Shodown is a fighting game released in 1993 for the arcades and was published and developed by SNK. The game would later go on to have home ports on various consoles like the SNES, Sega Mega Drive, Sega CD to name a few. Players select from a character roster of 16 warriors, each equipped with their own unique weapon and unique fighting styles. Haomaru; a Japanese samurai fights with a sword, Charlotte; a French noblewomen, fights with a rapier, Earthquake; an American gangster, fights with a sickle and chain. A game mechanic features a POW bar on the lower screen. When a player suffers enough damage, the POW bar is filled, making their attacks more stronger. Also, the game features
