False flagging, Congress and Youtube (Reupload)

In this video I discuss the wrongful suspension and/or video deletion of several YouTubers and steps you can take to make YouTube act more responsibly. Sheldonwh sent YouTube a DMCA complaint demanding they take down Thoughtblocks videos. YouTube responded by suspending Sheldonwhs account. They punished the wrong guy. He reposted it on his new channel. Im not going to advise you to make a new account, because signing up for a new account while you are suspended is a violation of TOS. However, if you do open up a new account, be sure to make a video reply to a solicitation for input from a member of Congress.
