Very cheap eBay TPA3116D2 amp shipping fail HD

Update: the seller sent me a replacement so I review and do a gain fix on it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44nTirZNFfk I picked up a very inexpensive TPA3116 amp board. The boards have reached a new low for price with this one being just over $5 shipped! Unfortunately, there was a problem with my board, likely coming from the chipping.
