The TRX Burpee is an intense move but a popular one among users. So here are 3 progressions of the exercise to work from beginner up to advanced. Beginner The free leg touches the ground when you lower yourself to give the body more stability. Also there is no jump, just stand to make the movement easier. Intermediate The free leg still touches the ground but this time add a jump into the movement. Advanced The free leg hangs off the ground for less stability plus add a jump into the movement.
