TRX Hip Drop to SideRow HD

Another fun move with the TRX Suspension Trainer. The combination of those two movements will let you load & explode from one movement smooth in to the next one. Try to build up a momentum with the body mass from the side row and then let the hip drop down into the Hip Drop. There will be a greater deal of dynamic stabilization with the momentum build up from the Side Row. And not least friends it will be fun and give us some variation - which makes us feel good..
