COC Football Density Session - Spring 2011

Last week of a high volume cycle....we finish the week with 2 density sessions. This is the first of 2. Players are given various exercises in 5 categories (explosive, Upper Push, Upper pull, core, and Knee or hip dominant). you will see a gamut of exercises from push presses to TRX rows, to KB swings, to chin ups. We used groups of 5 players staying with their own exercises/equipment to move approx 65 players through 25 sets of work in 25 minutes.
