Herbs for dogs with heart problem

Palo is 12 years old male dogs, diagnosed with moderate Regurgitate valve (one of vulvular heart diseases) last year. Since then the dog has been treated with enalapril 5 mg (x2 times a day) and furosemide 10 mg. Last 3 months, I felt like he has a breathing problem and that must affected from his regurgitate valve.
