2014.10.23 Pedestrian Cyclist Crash HD

I think the pedestrian started crossing after the "countdown clock" had reached zero. Therefore he was caught in the middle of the road when the light turned green and the cyclists moved off. I guess the cyclist in front of me didnt see the pedestrain because the other cyclist obscured his vision. Anyway, it was a low speed collision that I think the cyclist failed to rpevent because he had just moved off so it was difficult to stop instantly. Cyclist at fault (when the light is green at a crossing you should still check it is safe to proceed) but the pedestrain shouldnt have started crossing in the first place - this sceneraio is exactly what the count down clock has been installed to prevent
