118 Freeway Major Crash / Granada Hills RAW FOOTAGE HD

loudlabs.com GRANADA HILLS - At approximately, 0230, LAFD & CHP responded to reports of a traffic collision on the 118 freeway, near another traffic accident. Arriving units found a 6 vehicle traffic collision, involving a tanker truck that was leaking diesel fuel from the tanker truck. Additionally to the fuel leak on the semi, a white pickup truck was leaking fuel as well. Both diesel and gasoline , along with a vast amount of debris was scattered along multiple lanes of the 118 freeway over about a 1/8 mile section. Due to the fuel hazard, LAFD requested a HAZMAT response, along with multiple FD resources.CHP and has all lanes except the HOV Lane on the EB 118 shut down. There is a SIGALERT issued for an unknown duration at this time for cleanup. There was 1 victim transported in unknown condition. CHP is handling the investigation.
