Power Supply/PSU Coil Whine - OCZ Fatal1ty 750w - "Anna" HD

I am using an OCZ Fatal1ty 750w power supply, just purchased a couple months ago. My GPU is a Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHZ edition, and I have an Asus P8P67 motherboard. "Anna" is a new horror adventure game, which released on Steam just this week. My PSU squeals like a pig whenever I play it.
