MSI R9 390 coil whine

My brand new MSI R9 390 Gaming 8GB 512 Bit Graphics Card has irritating coil whine. While playing Alien: Isolation, no CW but when I ALT+TAB to desktop it starts its pig squeal... On software like Unigine and 3DMark it also has a little CW but not this much... Limiting FPS or enabling V-Sync has no effect on preventing CW.
