Letitia meets Hannah, an apprentice design engineer from Clacton-on-Sea who is the 2018 leader of the #shellecomarathon team for Colchester Institute, and who also has a black belt in Karate! Hannah explains how following a path in engineering has enabled her to have the confidence to be team leader and the communication skills to successfully run a #shellecomarathon crew. To champion women’s role in helping to find more and cleaner energy solutions, Shell is teaming up with well-respected female role models and #shellecomarathon students from the UK, to encourage more women to pursue STEM careers and #makethefuture Shell Eco-marathon is a global competition for students who are passionate about developing innovative mobility solutions.
