The story is set in the near future, as the overall resources of the world go back and oil has become a scarce commodity. As a soldier, you have to complete various missions as an infantryman in this resource war. Different nations have joined together to rival alliances and fight each other. The player fights on the side of the Western powers against the competing Eastern powers.
